Refund policy

At ProteinPulse, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, we do offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Refunds & Replacements

 

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 12 days of receiving it.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 12 days after the estimated delivery date.


To begin a claim, email us at support@getproteinpulse.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

 

Once we review your claim, we’ll notify you of approval status.

  • If approved for a replacement, we’ll ship a new item within 3 business days.
  • If approved for a refund, it will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Replacement / Refund Exemptions

 

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Wrong Address: If the address provided is incorrect or insufficient, and the shipment is returned, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost.
  • Unclaimed Orders: If the package is unclaimed and returned, reshipment is your responsibility.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.
  • Customs Rejection: If your order is returned by customs, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Order in Fulfillment: If an order is already being fulfilled (status: “Accepted”), but not yet shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, while the status is still marked as “New”.

Once the status updates to “Accepted”, cancellation is no longer possible.
