At ProteinPulse, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your products.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days by our warehouse team. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


United States Shipping
• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): $6.99 USD
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $9.99 USD
 FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $95 USD

Note: Express shipping is available only within the U.S.


Europe

Countries included:
France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark

Standard Shipping (2–7 business days):
• 0 – 0.45 kg → $9.99 USD
• 0.46 – 0.91 kg → $13.99 USD
• 0.92 – 1.36 kg → $16.99 USD
• 1.37 – 2.27 kg → $20.99 USD


International Shipping

All other eligible international countries (excluding restricted countries listed below).

Standard Shipping (2–7 business days):
• 0 – 0.45 kg → $22.99 USD
• 0.46 – 0.91 kg → $26.99 USD
• 0.92 – 1.36 kg → $30.99 USD
• 1.37 – 2.27 kg → $35.99 USD

Countries Currently We Do Not Ship To

Due to shipping limitations and customs regulations we do not currently ship to:
• UK (United Kingdom) 
• Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
• Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan
• Remote regions with limited carrier service


Updating Your Delivery Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, our fulfillment partner may have already begun processing, and changes may no longer be possible.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an extra few days for potential carrier delays (especially during holidays or peak seasons). If it still hasn’t arrived:
1. Check the tracking number for any updates
2. Contact your local carrier for possible delivery holds or pickup notices
3. Reach out to our support team so we can assist you in locating or replacing your package

We may request a photo of the packaging or product (if applicable) for claims.


Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, please be aware that customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
